Grant Voss pleaded guilty to evidence tampering, unauthorized system access, and conspiracy to falsify hospital records.
Peter Shaw received a reduced sentence for cooperation.
Charles Lang fought every charge until Brooke agreed to testify.
Then he changed his plea.
Corinne admitted to obstruction, witness intimidation, and participation in the digital smear campaign against Leah.
Her law license was suspended pending disciplinary proceedings.
"Alicia still went through the transfer," she said. "Mateo still spent months in intensive care. Dana Pierce still lost something she cannot get back. Accountability is not a time machine."
Its report was brutal.
Edward Sutton had created donor access language without adequate safeguards.

He resigned as chair and asked for an external chair with no Sutton ties.
Evelyn funded a maternal transport assistance program, but Alicia insisted on one condition before joining its advisory group.

Evelyn nodded.
"Agreed."
That night, she came home to find Elliott sitting on the nursery floor with Nora asleep on his chest.
He whispered, "We lost clients. We lost board seats. Mom lost half her social circle."
Leah sat beside him.
"Are you asking whether Corinne was right?"
"About losing everything?"
"Yeah."
He looked at their daughter.
"No."
